This heat exchanger (heater core) for the T4 Eurovan has two versions with different connections of the coolant hoses. Most North American vehicles will have the heat exchanger with the straight connections to the side (701 819 031 A). Some direct import vehicles have the connections of the hoses in a 90 degree angle (701 819 031). We have both so you do not get stuck.
